The Costa del Sol "Sun Coast" or, "Coast of the Sun" is a region in the south of Spain and is situated between Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. The region has over a 160 kilometres of carefully maintained, spick-and-span beaches, with lifeguards, beach bars, showers, and disabled access, while some of these beaches have children's play areas and all carry the blue flag status. There are swimming pools and spa facilities for rest and relaxation. Other sporting facilities available in the immediate area include squash, horse riding, mountain biking and bowls. |

Selwo Adventure Park is only a couple of kilometres away towards Estepona and
contains numerous wild animals, birds and reptiles in open environments. The
Museum in Estepona beside the bullring has three sections, Bull fighting,
Palaeontology and Ethnology.

There are plenty of places to see in the afternoon from a relaxing stroll along the beach to visiting the local villages where you will get a warm welcome, some rest and some shade from afternoon Sun.
Estepona has a small bullring which hosts concerts during the absence of the sport. There are four museums attached to the bullring which offer information and artefacts that relate to the local area. Marbella provides visitors with attractions such as important historical buildings and ruins, fantastic shopping, ornate churches and green space to read or unwind.
